- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Rings that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized rings, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
